Review on TouchPad Keyboard Bluetooth Wireless Touchpad by Patrick Myers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's nice to have a tablet that's also a laptop.

Not everyone can afford a Surface. Not everyone NEEDS a surface. I have a work computer, a PC and a tablet. My personal laptop is BIG. Because of its size and weight, I don't like to carry it around with me all the time. But I like having this technology with me for the same reasons I have a laptop. So a good lightweight tablet with a detachable lid-to-book keyboard is the answer. And EOSO has the best at the best price. The keyboard is almost as big as my Dell Latitude 7490 (work computer) and just as easy to use. Key travel is very convenient. The ABS keys are very durable. This is a fully functional keyboard. Not the most common type. It works on iOS, Windows, and Android. It is very easy to pair. Works with ANY tablet from 9 to 10.5 inches. The tablet is held securely. The keyboard can be easily removed. The battery life is phenomenal. This device makes life much easier. I couldn't be happier. The only issue I have found while continuing to work with this keyboard/folio is that the keyboard does NOT have a standby or sleep mode where it will automatically "go to sleep" after not using it for so many minutes became. So, after a day or so of inactivity, the battery dies. Not really a deal breaker. I can just charge it up or remember to turn it off when I'm not using it. But since there are keyboards with "sleep mode" available for about the same price, I had to deduct a star for this particular product.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Not a machine
