Works! I've been using it for 2 days and it's already whitening my teeth a lot. Only whitens the front teeth, not the back teeth. I did notice some sensitivity, but it wasn't painful, just a little annoying. It works and is very easy to use. Set it and forget it 30 minutes ago. I've noticed you drool a little, which isn't a big problem. They recommend not using it for more than 30 minutes, but I basically ignore that warning as all the other whitening products say you can leave them on longer. But I wouldn't keep them for more than an hour.
