Review on 🔥 Advanced BLACK+DECKER D3030 Allure Professional Steam Iron: Unmatched Efficiency in Gray/Blue Design by Eric Edgar

I really want to like this iron. scratch it i really like it Seemingly solid construction. The problem is that I placed an order for a brand new unit that has never been used. The one I ordered looked like it had been wiped off with a wet rag (dry residue on the shiny parts) and there were still plenty of water droplets in the tank. I immediately sent for a replacement that had the exact same issues AND a scratch on the side. Now I'm sure the irons work fine and some might think it's a small thing, but for me it's the principle. You cannot repair items and sell them as new without notifying the buyer. I did not order a used iron. It's not the first time in my life that I've bought a new iron (they don't last long now) and I've never seen 'new ones' come with water in the tank. So my question is: are they recovered? Or is it just Black + Decker? Anyone else with this experience? As I said, the iron itself looks good, but I'm sending it back. Rating will be adjusted pending response and/or approval from Black + Decker.
