A little disappointed, a bad purchase.

In light of the price that is being requested for this apparatus, the deficiencies that have been outlined above strike me as very problematic. It is very evident that the equipment is not worth the money for those individuals who place a high priority on minute comfort features.
It has been my experience that either the G502 (which was my prior mouse; + essentially the same, except without a docking station) or the G604 is the superior option (my working mouse; heavier, no backlight, slightly worse sliding due to small legs). These are far more affordable, and the "list of defects" is proportional to the price tag.

Pros

everything, with the exception of the drawbacks that will be detailed later. Excellent sensor, ergonomic design (for me), original thumb lever, RGB backlight, good materials, and very good rubber feet.

Cons

- The program is revolting and full of bugs; it occasionally crashes, and other times you have to wait ten to fifteen seconds before it recognizes that you have moved the mouse after coming out of sleep. - Inadequate contact between the docking station and the mouse, despite the fact that all of the contacts appear to be clean to the naked eye. This results in the mouse not being able to charge at all. It is such a pleasure to sit down in front of the computer and discover that your mouse is not charged and that there is just 5% left over from the previous charge. - When you press the wheel, you'll get a double click, but the tactile feedback on this key is much poorer than what you get with the cheapest mouse. Repayment for the mechanism that adjusts the wheel's rigidity, and it was quite evident that it was not worth it. What is the difference between hard and soft scrolling and clicking, and how does it feel on a mouse that only costs three dollars anyway?
