Comes from Antillion wireless USB microphone with qc35 II (five stars IMO). My Bluetooth transmitter has failed so I've been looking for a way to use my qc35II ever since I bought it. (RETIRED SOLO HYPER X II (another 5 star set but heavy)) Bose thought it was a good gaming headset and released this style conversion/set. After a few weeks I finally found them and decided to give it a try. The biggest complaint is that the microphone has poor reception, the "s" blocks too much. Low quality. Mic mute is fine, volume is nice. The wire is a decent length and is similar to the OE wire. The foam head for the microphone is a little thin. I had high hopes for this as Bose is still top notch. New options for me are the Bluetooth transmitter from the qc35 II's optical output and the antillion wireless USB microphone. I hope the optical signal delay isn't too bad for digital BT as the QC35 II doesn't support adpX or anything like that. For the price I expected for a quality microphone, we're not paying for the cable. I suppose it's about dampening the sound and volume, but not at all about what it was bought for.
