I didn't believe the hype about blue light blocking lenses but they actually work. They significantly reduce screen glare when working outdoors or with your back to the window. I have fewer headaches at the end of the day when I wear them. These lenses are clear and not amber like some blue light lenses. Blue and black are my favorites. The only problem is that the lenses have this weird circular pattern in the center (see picture). You don't notice it when you wear glasses and it goes away when you wipe your lenses. But it's a bit annoying.
