The main stones are not so huge that one could immediately shout "fake" . They are also not very high quality cubic zirconia, they lose their shine in some angles. The setting of the small stones in the haloes is totally wrong, it's not an open setting so that's where losing the star also helps, but it's not very obvious unless you look at it when the ring isn't open . Time will tell to what extent it is real silver. I'm someone whose skin chemistry doesn't allow me to wear anything other than gold, sterling silver, or platinum.
