it's not for the eyes but for face and neck I've been using this for years. the super light (thank goodness) rose sent is the barest hint (again thank goodness). I use it daily, no need to be heavy handed with it either. My first bottle lasted me almost two years. (true.) now admittedly it was not used daily, but at least four days out of the week, yes.
