I was very skeptical about the claimed properties of glasses of this type, but after trying them for a week I believed them! I spend most of the day sitting in front of my computer looking at spreadsheets and marketing materials, and my head usually starts hurting around noon. I read a few different articles about blue light effects while spending so much time staring at a monitor and finally decided to give them a try. Although the concept of most of the glasses is the same, I really liked their natural "bamboo" look. After wearing them for a few days, I noticed that I don't get headaches like I used to. Nothing has changed other than wearing these glasses. While it took a few days to get used to seeing through them (slight distortions), it was worth it. I would heartily recommend her!
