This belt has good wear resistance. Good stretch and good fit. The only downside is that it's not 100% leather as advertised. I still recommend this belt as it holds up well and is sewn well. The Perry Ellis Porfolio Tubular Belt, in the same style and from the same brand, is made from 100% leather. The one I received today is listed internally as PU leather, a synthetic material that is durable and economical compared to real leather. The cost of my previous purchase was the same and it was real leather from the same manufacturer and I'm sure it will be cost effective for the consumer, the price stayed the same and wasn't increased if it was made from real leather. Still satisfied overall, but the description should be changed to PU leather and a description of what PU leather is, not 100% leather. and why it is produced that way.
