I have ordered 3 sets of these in 3 different sizes, 16", 24" and 36", and am planning to use them in different rooms and sizes for visual interest to mix and match.Please note they have different depths so they match.Different depths are stated in the description but I skipped it.I didn't care as I only intended to take photos in it They don't need to be particularly deep, but that may matter to you depending on what you plan to put on the shelves.I adjusted the shelves for depth, one of each width against the wall in a checkerboard pattern: 16 in.-24"-36" They were a little darker than I expected, more like dark walnut but I didn't care, they looked quite good in my rooms, I got them from a sch I have a study and my daughter's room and I haven't decided where to put the third set so I saved this set for another room. He was glad the devices were on and had no problem attaching them. I then decorated the cabinet as planned, placing a different image on each shelf. Everything was fine for about a day until we heard a loud crack and thought our daughter had fallen down the stairs. I quickly found that she was fine, but my Regal was not. I only put 3 (medium, not extra heavy) photos on it, but it fell apart at the junction of 2 boards. Luckily the photos ended up on the sofa before they hit the floor and we didn't have to clean up the glass mess. Now I have to decide how to arrange a return or replacement, or whether it makes sense to have the shelf repaired. However, I'm not sure if Gorilla's glue will handle it. I hope I don't have to remove the other shelves already hung to return the complete set. I think I will. So, buyers, be careful, make sure you take a good look at your shelves before hanging them or you risk damaging the things you put on them as well as everything (or anyone) underneath.
