Easy to assemble and disassemble. Looks clean and elegant. There is a nice rubber pad on the underside of the case. It will NOT tip over but will move slightly if you use a towel. It doesn't bother me and it seems like there's something you could do to fix it in place if you wanted to. It could probably be an inch or two bigger, but it fits the kitchen towels I have. Thumbs up :)
