Review on Casters Locking Polyurethane Castors Screwdriver by Daniel Jenkins

I have no idea how this could have happened by accident or why it was done that way on purpose. But the braking stage was cut off from every wheel in the pits. The metal edges are serrated and you can cut them so they are not safe to use even as non-locking wheels. It's really unclear why this was even made, let alone why anyone would sell it that way.
