Very comfortable. I'm 5ft 7in, 284 and size 20-22. I'm losing more weight so thought I'd start with a right size that might fit now so I have double love for the fact that it has pockets. I will buy more once this one suits me, I will lose which hopefully will happen soon. I wish all women the best of luck and I will wholeheartedly encourage you to buy what makes you happy and motivates you. Now I'm working, not promoting the company. I only speak from experience. I want and need motivation. I love the cheetah print and want to feel beautiful during my workout. Maybe I'm crazy but it's so motivating, it makes me feel beautiful and it's inspiring.
