3 stars because it fits most toothbrushes, but the toothbrush opening is so small that it actually only fits a certain type of toothbrush. It just looks too small. I don't think other toothbrushes would fall out if they made the hole a little bigger, so I don't know why this thing is so small. Even the right toothbrush fits perfectly into the bristles. I'd rather leave some space around the bristles to allow better airflow for drying between uses. It would be good for a children's toothbrush.
