My waiste Trainer has my waiste looking snatched. I liked the fact tht it zips up and also has straps to really hold me in. At 1st i didnt think i was gonna be able to zip it Up so I would strongly go by your sizing! I got a size Large. I SIZED DOWN BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER one SO SOON IF THIS GETS TOO BIG. I use this W.T. when i exercise or just around the house. It really works! It is comfortable but after the 4 hour i will start to feel constricted. Great Buy low cost
