I've had this since January 2020. It's helped me get through all the cold and now I've taken it back from storage for the winter, so excited! My apartment doesn't warm up that quickly and I'm always cold. I use it when I'm working on the computer, watching TV and on particularly cold nights when I fall asleep (then I set the timer to 1 hour). It heats up quickly and I rarely get over 95 degrees. Yeah, once you crumple everything up it doesn't get that warm - it's physics, no idea why people complain. My favorite feature I was worried about before I bought it - will it work after washing and drying? Answer - Yes! Follow the instructions and it will be like new. Washed at least 10 times, no problems. Highly recommended!
