Love this tool. I have a facial steamer that I bought mainly for a stuffy nose and headache. I use these first. I took another reviewer's advice and applied some argan oil to my face after vaping. It prevents the extraction tip from sticking to the skin. When I use the extractor, I don't leave it in one place, I move it quickly over the skin area. I started on the lowest setting and the first cap for sensitive skin. Next time I will try other nozzles. In short: wash your face. Steam your face. Apply a thin layer of lotion or oil (to keep your skin dry). Start with the lowest suction level and move the nozzle over the target area. Finally, do not wipe the same area too many times or you will bruise.
