It is easy for me to use, it has all of my clients in one place which makes tracking them much easier. I can easily search through their files by category or client so that I am not having to go back and forth between two different programs. There are some features that I wish were more user friendly but they have been working hard at improving those areas. If you want an efficient solution then this program will help you do just that. We have found that we are able to track our projects with ease, we also know exactly what each person's duties are within a project. This helps us keep everything organized and allows us to make sure everyone knows who needs to be involved when something gets completed.
