I agree with some other reviewers about the zipper. First, it's low and not mounted at the top of the pocket, making it cumbersome to use. Second, it often gets stuck and it's difficult to open and close without grabbing the top of the bag and gently pulling the zipper, and who has time for that? I'm a locksmith and I think I'll remove the zip and put a magnet clasp under the panel. I think it will work better then. Apart from the problem with the zipper, I really like the bag. Laurel Burch's work is amazing. This is my third bag with her animals and the first with horses. The size is perfect for me and the length of the handle is just right for a shoulder bag. Lightning is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars here. The bag was delivered on time and the packaging was fine. The price was the best I've seen; thanks revin!
