I purchased this sleep shirt as a gift for a cat lover. The color (red) looks exactly as pictured, sort of a ruby red. It is pretty and the white cat print accents it well. The material is very soft but a little thin and somewhat clingy. The tag says 95% cotton and 5% spandex, but I don't think its right. I bought two night shirts and the other one says it is also 95/5 cotton and spandex. It feels totally different, more like cotton, and is thicker. I think an adult would be happy with this, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted for a pre-teen. However, it was a gift, and the cat face was a hit, so we kept it.
