I like the look and feel but it's not very durable

I've had this duvet for about 4 months now and the reason I bought the duvet is because it's easy to wash and more durable as duvets. Well, I noticed that during the last wash (I was once a week, sometimes more often) a bunch of holes appeared! I'm not too rude, I have a brand new washer dryer and I follow the label directions. At this price, it really shouldn't have a few holes after 4 months. I love the look of this blanket but will not be buying it again.
