I am a driver and I was looking for something to warm my face. It is very light and yet relatively warm. I won't say these are the warmest neck gaiters but I think they are as warm as it gets because they are so lightweight and breathable. The only thing I noticed is that it sweats inside when worn for a long time. Luckily it dries quickly so I don't feel wet for too long. I don't know why some people say it crashes. I have a pretty small head for an adult and it holds up with no issues.
