not suitable for 1/4 inch for sewing
I bought these to help with quilting. However, if you try to use them for a 1/4 inch seam, they will end up sitting on the racks. When I push them towards me they lie over the plastic spool cover and are therefore unusable. May work if you are trying to make a larger seam.
