Great product. It is very good at relieving stress and smells nice. I have used it on myself. My arms and shoulders felt great. My husband doesn't like smelling like a girl. Is it a strong scent or just enough to relax you? I enjoyed the sense of warmth I was experiencing. It's an oil, so it needs to be washed off in the shower. I have a lot of stress. This can be used in conjunction with other relaxing rituals, favorite music, instances, meditation recordings or apps. i love lavender I have a different lavender scent. Essential oil for spraying. It's concentrated, but it's a nice light scent. Lavender is one of my favorites. Scents transform me. Help me remember my childhood, long time ago. We had flowers in the garden.
