The most useful thing is that we are able to do real time inspection of products in our warehouse using this tool from home or remotely anywhere with internet access by having just one click! I dislike nothing as it works very well for us at all times when needed even if you have no previous experience before working here but there must be some training provided because i feel like its not userfriendly enough. To improve would probably add more features such as 3D printing option which was previously requested so maybe they will consider adding those soon too once released? This could help many people especially small businesses who need simple solutions while still being reliable since sometimes things don't work perfectly due to lack of knowledge about coding/computer skills required etc..
