I bought this product brand new and less than a month after purchase the screen started peeling off. I called Revain, they said they couldn't help me and called the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they said I can only send it in for repair. I recalled Revain and all I can do is send it back for a refund. Apparently there is no guarantee on the product and it is very difficult to get them to return the product. 10/10 not recommended
