It is simple and easy to use. It is well documented and has many plugins available for use. It is also easy to customize for your specific workflows and needs. It was a bit slow at first but that seems to have been fixed with some recent updates. It is also more expensive than some other free options. I was looking for something that could be used for a variety of purposes, but we ended up settling on it being our wiki. It has been able to hold up its end as a wiki. We use it to keep notes on our software projects and help with documentation. I like that it's easy to use, and has great search capabilities. You can also create tickets easily via email or phone calls with your customer service rep. It doesn't have any features that are not useful in my opinion. The only thing I dislike about this product is its price, but you get what you pay for! We love using trac as our ticketing platform. It helps us keep track of all of our tasks and issues we need to address.
