UPDATE** I love this product. It has really worked wonders on my hair. Unfortunately, the elastic band is starting to detach from the towel. I just bought it in February 2020. I'm contacting the company directly so we'll see what happens. This is a great product!** This company is AMAZING! No problems with permission to exchange! You replied so quickly and were so sweet. I can't wait for my new towel. This towel really changed my hair. I thought my hair was thinning and my stylist told me it was actually just brittleness (thanks BG)! One solution that might help was a soft 100% cotton towel. It's perfect! And the gum is such a HUGE value! Thanks for the hair treatment!
