Horrible quality wig

This wig is horrible smh I’m so mad I brought this wig to wear for my birthday party. I order 16” because that length had the most positive reviews and best pictures. The wig has so many split and ragged ends the hair looks like hair u would find in your brush after you brush your hair . It also has the wig hump . I thought maybe if I put it into a bun it might look good but impossible to put in a bun since the hair is terrible quality . I think I might have gotten a bad wig because there are so many positive reviews and pictures.
