I bought the MP808TS for use on other makes of vehicle from the dealership I work for. This scan tool has quickly become a must-have tool for other brands and retailers. Loading times vary by brand and year. I was able to access and run all of the bi-directional tests like I would with a retail scanner. The purchase decision was based on two factors. Other technicians in the store have lower version of this Autel scanner and I got to know the tool and interface. I felt the MP808TS could handle everything I needed without the added expense of the 906. The introduction of the V+ Pro means more tools, less money and a better warranty. Hence the 4 stars for the value for money. However, I have much less experience with Launch's scanning tools and their user interface. Autel is more cumbersome than the launch tool but seems more reliable. This is important as I am very picky about my tools.
