New out of round rotors

I bought two of these rotors for my Crown Vic. Since these rotors were installed along with the new brake pads, the car has been pounding or shaking very badly. I figured it might be my fault somehow, but I had a mechanic look at the problem yesterday. He said the rotors weren't round and it happens. That way I can buy new rotors, hopefully not outdated, and put them back in.
