I really wish this chair was like the one I sat in at my varsity engineering store which was really helpful and soft/comfortable. TBH but it's been a year now and a half (originally bought 3/19) and I STILL can't get comfortable and most of the pain is in my back, neck and buttocks. The "lumbar" and neck pillows didn't do anything, or if anything, made sitting uncomfortable. I took them off and obviously felt even worse because the pillows were the only excuse for "back support". SO I bought a back support pillow that I strapped around the chair to help and I can't get comfortable on it YET. The seat is damn hard. I wish more than anything that I could throw this away and get my $300 back. I gave it a long "trial period" thinking the seat would get more comfortable over time but it didn't and now I can't get it back. Hoping a friend would take it or someone else who might benefit so I could just buy a new chair and forget this one ever existed. T_T
