First off, I'm a complete idiot, so if I can use it, anyone can. I opened the box, easily found the small cord inside the headband, plugged it into the white cord that came with the box and started charging (no need to press a button or anything, just plug and play). It charged up pretty quickly I found. Then I took my device and straightened the blue tooth and that was it. If your Bluetooth is not available, you can use the gold cable that comes with the kit (the cable is quite long). I use it to sleep so I can hear white noise to block out snoring noises around me. I also use it when I'm cleaning the house and cleaning is much better when I'm listening to my music. The headband does not get very hot. Nice fabric and this purple color is very pretty (prettier than shown in my picture - lighting). I also have a black one, I like it. I'll give some to my friends whose buddies snore. The small buttons (rather flat) are in the ear area, but you can wiggle them a bit to get in the right place when lying on your side. I can sleep with him on my side and everything is fine. I prefer it just above my ear. This is the goalkeeper.
