The first time I bought three of them and without a neck so that my brothers, his daughter and I could carry our brother's ashes with us. Two of these worked fine, but the rubber seal on the third didn't work properly. Didn't like it and decided to buy another one. Firstly the screwdriver that came with the kit barely fit, when I put the ash in it and smeared it with some glue to screw it in I couldn't as the screwdriver didn't fit. I took a knife to see if I could do it like this, it was too late for the glue to set and the rubber seal didn't hold. I will not buy from this company again.
