My lips were terribly dry, chapped and chapped. I've been using this for a little less than a week. I've also been drinking water and using cocoa butter but I think it works because since using it the dry skin falls off revealing fresher, softer and more rosy skin due to the conditioning and exfoliation this product provides. Unfortunately, there were bad reviews, but it helped me! I use it every night and then I put some lemon juice on my lips and apply cocoa butter (stick).
