I bought this despite some reviews saying the printer wasn't ready for prime time; However, it was Black Friday so I took a chance. I set up the printer, which is nice; The hardware issues appear to have been resolved. I go to the 2YearsInk.HPInstantInk.com website with the sticker on the printer. The website asks for a pin and I find my "8 months" hassle free pin printing. I obviously think this must be a bug and they wanted to add a 2 year pin. I enter a PIN code; invalid. I enter the printer code; invalid. I search the box and all the materials; without pen. I call the number; "outside normal business hours". So yeah, not ready for prime time. I can update my review when I'm done and look forward to speaking to someone at HP. This is a small business printer. Entrepreneurs are busy people; We need to start a business. Disappointed that HP didn't think of their customers' time. This problem could be solved much better. Addendum #1 (December 5, 2020). Today I spoke to Mary from HP Technical Support. After 30 minutes of waiting on the line I was connected. She was nice enough but after 45 minutes including emailing my Revain receipt and photos of the packaging materials I realized she was no help. All we did was effectively complete the 8 month process (free ink, costs $40) and I created an HP account with that upfront payment. I am now awaiting a call from HP after speaking with management to decide what to do next. Luckily I have the opportunity to return until January 31, 2021. This may well be the case if the solution is not satisfactory. Dissatisfied with HP, I contacted Revain and received a much more helpful result. I spoke to Jimwell who was knowledgeable and helpful. The net difference between what HP provided ($40, which is a 100 pages per month subscription) and 2 years (300 pages per month) is $200. Revain helped immediately with a 15% discount (which doesn't cover the full difference), but that's just the beginning. HP will contact me on December 14th. Revane (Jimwell) is closed, please contact us after speaking to HP "we've got your back". Not fully resolved, but much, much better support. The rating has been increased to two stars based on the Revain upgrade. - Update #2 (December 14, 2020): I received a call from HP Instant Ink today. It was a quick call that respected my time. They credited my account with an additional $288 (in addition to the previous $40). I've increased my rating to 5 stars as the product is good and although I felt uncomfortable going through the process, both Revain and HP offered customer service. As a result, the cost of the printer is effectively equivalent to 3 years of work under the Print as a Service model. I still need paper but the ink is no longer important and the printer prints well. If nothing followed, then all was going well with the delivery of ink and performance. Thank you - I hope the review is helpful. csbeau
