I used this on Breeze Airways for a 4-day trip. I ordered this bag explicitly because the airline charges $30 each way for a carry-on bag. This bag has the exact measurements of a "personal item" and fits easily under the seat. I actually overpacked - I could have made do with fewer clothes. There are inner compartments for small items and toiletries. The outer pocket fits my iPad and extra charger. The shoulder strap is useful. If you're taking a rolling carry-on, there is an outer band that you can use to strap the bag to the carry-on's retractable handle. Overall, the bag is well made, sturdy, easy enough to carry and very good value.
