My daughter instantly made this pair her favorite pair of shoes and she demands comfort. She easily dresses and undresses herself (she is 6 years old). We have a cosmic pattern and they are super cute and go with everything. After 2-3 months of wearing, one shoe ripped near the sole. I was very disappointed and wanted to go back to my old stock of Baby Crocs wellies. But I took the chance and emailed this seller and told him about the breakup. They responded immediately and said they would send me a brand new pair and I didn't even have to return the damaged pair and I didn't even have to send them photos! A few days later my new replacement pair arrived and my daughter was very happy to be able to wear them again. You can't go wrong choosing these boots as they are backed by great customer service!
