I like that it's very easy to create dashboards with different fields, filters etc. It works great together with Google Analytics or other data providers (like MixPanel). The UI could be more user-friendly in general - there are some things you need to know about how the system work before using it effectively. You have to understand your own needs when thinking through what kind of KPIs should go into each tile/visualization within the Dashboard. There isn't much support from keytile team if something goes wrong while building a Dashboard but they do respond quickly once notified by email. Try out this product first! We've been able to visualize our customers' behavior & activity over time which has helped us find insights around their journeys and improve retention rates as well as engagement levels across channels.
