Sized up but fits more like a shirt than a dress
I so wanted to love this, but I was expecting a very loose neck to get the off shoulder look and breezy comfy look. Not at all what I got. Even though I sized up the way it’s made there was no way it would work as off the shoulder. I did give it a 3 because it is very soft and I the color is so pretty!
- Wore this to a work 80s party and it was perfect!
