I like how it allows us to store all of our data in one place. It is also very easy to use once you are familiar with the software. The ability to share data between different departments is key for us. When we first started using Accumula there was not much documentation. There were some helpful videos but they were not enough. If you need help during the setup process there is nothing that can be done. I highly recommend this product. It has been great working with Accumula. We have not run into any issues yet. We are able to easily access all of our data from our website to our retail stores. This helps make sure we are keeping track of everything that needs to be tracked.
