Pearlstar's online store was a confusing and unpleasant experience for me as a foreign consumer. They had a wide variety of tools and home improvement supplies, but the delivery and support left a lot to be desired. To begin, the outrageous cost of delivery greatly increased the final price of my item. It was also tough to organize ahead of time because their shipment times were substantially longer than claimed. In addition, their support staff was slow to respond and even slower to offer any assistance. I was upset and unsatisfied with the outcome of my transaction because I received almost no help when I contacted them for clarification. In conclusion, while Pearlstar's online store may be a good alternative for domestic customers, due to their expensive shipping rates, long shipment waits, and useless customer care, I would not suggest it to foreign clients.
