My daughter just turned 1 year old and is still walking and holding on to a toe to walk. on our indoor wood floors and let them walk safely outside. The sole is very flexible, which is recommended for those who are new to walking, and the sole is not too thick, which seems to help it adapt better to walking in sneakers. I tried thicker soles and it ran like a Frankenstein😂 so maybe it had too much sole and grip to start with. They are quick to put on and have a Velcro closure, which also makes them quicker to put on. I can't say how they wear yet, as we only got them yesterday. Feel free to shop for your new walkers! The only thing I can say is that you can find this brand a lot cheaper at Target, but because my daughter's feet are so small (size 3) and Target wasn't wearing her size, I had to pay almost twice as much as Target ! 😐
