This is a decent tripod, flexible legs are interesting, I have not seen such a flexible design, not sure how often I will use the flexibility feature, but the tripod is good that he is medium. I have a folding tripod that is 4" to 7" high. This tripod is about 9 inches tall and has nothing on it, and I have a 7.5 inch tripod, one that is 14 inches and up, so it's handy as it sits about mid-height from the others which i have it's pretty nice i like the ball head outside the ball head is plastic but the thumb screw to tighten the wand works very well as does the large finger screw also for loosening things like the ball head from the tripod. very nice feature, overall a decent tripod for the price would definitely be useful to shoot them, I need to get close to a subject a bit larger than the tripod. I usually use the remote control all the time. It's not what I would use. I don't record on my phone and I have Android 10.0. doesn't matter, my phone has a stylus that I can use to run and record videos as I have a Galaxy Note 10+ 5G
