It's the best Recruiting Agency Management System for recruiters/agencies and candidates!!
The best part of this software is that it has all in one platform for both recruiting agencies as well candidates! It doesn't have any downsides at present time but I think they should add more features like social media integration which will help them get new clients easily with their existing customers base!! Recruiting Agency Management System (RAMS) helps recruiters manage multiple accounts simultaneously without having separate tools or systems required by each recruiter/agency account separately across different platforms such as LinkedIn- Talent Community Platforms etc..
Pros
- Easy to use, intuitive UI & easy navigation around system interface along wth quick response times from support staff when issues arise during usage.
- No ads shown within application window itself unlike other job sites where there are lots many popups displayed before users reach search results page
- All candidate details including past work experience mentioned clearly while searching resumes through our database so we
