Great training rope with

I've competed in several Spartan races and always failed at the rope climb. I was committed and determined to get it this time. After about three attempts with practice and no pressure, I was on top. And after the race this weekend I rang the bell with no problem. I recommend having some kind of glove, one day I fell too fast and got some really good rope burns. I would definitely buy this rope again
