Overwhelmed by how bad it is

I recommend avoiding this device for several reasons.1. I wanted a full metal device because I had that matte rubber material that companies use for every tech device these days. It's comfortable at first, but over time it becomes more and more sticky and uncomfortable. But that didn't work - the underside is matt rubberized.2. Battery. Where should I start? Most devices retain a certain level of charge if you don't use them for a few days. This thing loses its charge completely within 24 hours whether you use it or not. Charging takes several hours. Maybe I'm defective, I don't know. But the battery is really terrible.3. Sound. This is normal most of the time, but when playing a deep bass song, you will hear a distorted rumble from the speaker. So not great.4. Bluetooth connection. I wish there was a master volume on this device instead of using the volume buttons on the device to change the volume on your phone. There is also a very loud beep when you turn it on, the volume of which cannot be adjusted. I hate that power up sound.5. port area. There is a rubber strip covering the USB and AUX ports. I understand they need it, but the protrusion you have to use to open it is as tall as a human hair. I can't open it without a knife or flat metal object. The device is basically unusable. I have to charge it for hours to use it for even a few minutes and after the next it's completely dead. I have to think I have a dud, but based on mine I can safely say this thing sucks is.

Pros
  • phone calls: we know you're busy. The built-in microphone and speaker make taking calls easier than ever, giving you the perfect accessory for all your multitasking (or lounging by the pool) needs.
Cons
  • boring packaging
