Very cheaply made in my opinion.
I was very disappointed with this product. It was poorly made and of all the tutus my granddaughter has had this is the worst quality. There wasn't much "flare" and it looked very badly put together.

- Tu Tu white flowing magic...the loops were excellent quality...
- It smelled like fish...never put it on our daughter. Sent back promptly!
