So far they are working very well. No children's shoe lasts longer than 3 months and I didn't expect more from them. So far they're interlaced with two other pairs, so won't be worn much. Hope they survive the summer. All in all close to the design, albeit maybe a bit more difficult to put on on a child's foot as opening the velcro opens the entire flap.
